FAQ

The most common questions brands ask before switching their tracking over to Attribix.

Does Attribix work with Shopify and WooCommerce?+
Yes — Shopify and WooCommerce are both supported. Connect your store and start streaming events.
How do you track conversions accurately?+
Attribix combines browser-side and server-side conversion signals. Meta CAPI uses matching parameters and event deduplication; Google Ads uses its own conversion and transaction-ID mechanisms — each platform's own method is used to avoid double-counting.
Which attribution models are available?+
Last-click, first-click, linear and time-decay — compare them directly in your attribution dashboard, with last-click, first-click or linear available as your account's default model in Settings.
How is privacy handled?+
Attribix supports Google Consent Mode v2, and implements the data-request and deletion webhooks Shopify requires of every app. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what's collected and how it's handled.
Can I export my data?+
Yes — CSV exports are available throughout the dashboard, and lead data can be pushed to your own systems via webhook.
How do refunds, tax and shipping affect revenue?+
Revenue is captured from your Shopify order total at the time of purchase. It doesn't automatically re-adjust if an order is later refunded or edited — for periods with significant refund activity, cross-check against Shopify's own reporting.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — verify tracking and reports during the trial before upgrading.
