Does Attribix work with Shopify and WordPress?+
Yes—Shopify and WooCommerce are supported. Connect your store and start streaming events quickly.
How do you track conversions accurately?+
Client-side pixels plus server-side APIs with deduplication and robust match keys (hashed email/phone, fbp/fbc, event_id).
Which attribution models are available?+
Last‑Click, First‑Click, Linear, Time‑Decay. Position‑based (40‑20‑40) is available in Settings.
How is privacy handled?+
Consent Mode v2, TCF pass‑through, IP anonymization, region‑based disables, and configurable retention.
Can I export or use an API?+
Yes—CSV exports plus webhooks and a token‑based API for automation.
Do you support UTM/channel rules?+
Map UTM keys, define grouping rules (contains/regex), and exclude self‑referrals.
How do refunds, tax & shipping affect revenue?+
Choose gross/net/confirmed revenue and whether taxes/shipping are included; refunds can be immediate or when processed.
